Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We operate a “no quibbles” guarantee on all stock items, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us in it’s original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All goods must be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging with all tickets/labels attached.

How do I return a product?

  • We can do a regular exchange or return-reorder. For regular exchange, we need to return the original order first and within 2 business days of receiving it in our warehouse, we will ship the exchange order after.

  • For return-reorder, you may place a new order for it which will ship immediately, then return the original order for full refund. You will carry two charges until the original order is returned and refunded.

We will offer you an exchange, credit note, or a full refund of the price you paid for the item (excluding any special delivery charges). If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please contact us for further advice.

All returns and exchanges must be received in a clean condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

To return an item:

  • Please complete and include our returns form which is on the reverse side of your delivery note. 
  • Pack the item(s) securely, enclosing the completed form and attach the address label supplied on the returns form to the package. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service

We will not refund or pay for returns postage on sale items. We will offer a credit note for the sale items but not reimburse the customer for returns postage.

If the contract has been cancelled in accordance of the above provision we will the process a full refund as soon as possible or within 14 days. This will not include postage costs.

We recommend that you get proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility whilst in transit back to us.
